Crosses at the Movies: A Weekend Evangelism Adventure

This week, Liza called me excitedly, saying, "We have to go hand out crosses at that new Angel Films movie—The King of Kings!" So we fired up the printers and quickly ramped up production, creating about a hundred tiny crosses (6 inches tall) each day.

Liza pulled in Matt and Izzy to help with painting these mini crosses (don't worry—this was a special one-time effort, not how we handle the crosses you purchase!). Extra hands were crucial to getting ready on time.

Liza's passion for these crosses is unmatched. She loves reminding everyone, "If you ever have a nightmare, pray the Our Father, and God will step in and rescue you." She wanted this powerful message printed directly on the crosses, but sadly, that attempt didn't work out—the text was simply too long for such small pieces. But that's okay, because we'll personally share this message and more.

As we hand out each cross, we'll tell everyone about the power of Jesus Christ, about spiritual warfare, and about the armor of God and the shield of faith. Our goal is clear: to spread God’s love and help tear down spiritual strongholds in people's lives.
