All of our crosses are painted to look like real, naturally occurring rust and oxidization. This one in particular features a greenish-blue (turquoise) finish — the most common patina seen on statues, roofs, and outdoor fixtures. Copper doesn't actually “rust” like iron; instead it oxidizes and forms a patina, which this cross beautifully emulates. The result is a bright, feminine, and strikingly beautiful cross. Our crosses typically appeal to industrial workshops and tech-savvy enthusiasts of faith, but this design has notably resonated with women and mothers. Of course it's also perfect for men — but it was specifically created with your mom in mind.
